I've been waiting for a while now to take a photo of this phone, all I needed was the right lighting, a nice viewing angle and a wooden background. And finally yesterday, as I was sitting at my kitchen table, all these conditions for this one shot were fulfilled.

While I'm eyeing Panasonic's GF1 camera, I have to admit, their LX series still keep me interested. The recently announced DMC-LX5 looks promising and features a slightly changed industrial design, which I think is one of the slickest and most gorgeous among current compact cameras.
I like how Apple implementend very detailed and yet metaphoric user interface graphics into their iPad apps. To give you an example, take a look at the blueprint-like background in the setup view for document margins in Pages, Apple's word processing application.
